Pie Production Assistant: St John Location. MUST BE ABLE TO COMFORTABLY LIFT 100# and stand in one spot on the production line. Must be over 18 and be available Tuesdays & Wednesdays 3pm - 9pm. $12-$15/hour Perfect for a high school student.
Sales Manager/Marketing $50,000/salary plus incentives. 2 days in each store and 1 day outside sales. Sales Manager works on the floor with the counter sales team to promote sales techniques and training. Responsible for scheduling sales, training, supervising. Responsible for all signage, flyers, all marketing pieces. Maintains all on-line presence: social media, website, search engines, reviews. This position will require outside sales to promote the business.
Production/Baker Manager $45,000-$65,000/salary - Must have 3+ years experience in a commerical bakery, degree or certificate in baking preferred, experience supervising others, able to work in high volume production.
Morning Baker - Hobart: Up to $20/hour for qualified, dedicated and consistent bakers committed to top quality product.
Counter Sales-Hobart: Work between 7am - 7pm minimum of 3 days a week with one weekend shift a week. Additional compensation for weekends in summer. $12-$15/hour depending on level of responsibility and experience.
Counter Sales - St John: Available to work between 7am - 5pm Tuesday - Saturday minimum 3 days a week. 6-8 hours shifts. $12-$15/hour depending on level of responsibility and experience.
Farmer’s Market Attendant - various locations: May - October
